A delegation from the Central Bank of Iran will visit United States to participate in the 2017 Spring Meetings of International Monetary Fund.
Iranian delegation which is accomponied by CBI’s Vice Governors of Economic Affairs and Foreign Exchange Affairs, Peyman Ghorbani and Gholamali Kamyab, will attend the upcoming meetings which will be held in Washington, DC from April 21 to 23.
The spring meetings of the IMF bring together economy ministers, governors of central banks and civil society organizations to discuss among others global economic affairs. Presence of banking and economy officials of countries at the meeting offers a good opportunity for bilateral meetings between member countries to enhance their communication and cooperation.
